E-Charge Members can now use the EV charging services by EV-Link or mobile APPs. Meanwhile, real-time charger status check and remote monitoring & control service are available on mobile APPs.

Starting from 3 January 2017, the new arrangement of E-Charge Service Fees at KITEC are executed as follows:

In addition to the hourly parking fee, EV Charging Fee of each Service Session is 24 HKD per hour or part thereof. User shall drive the EV away from the Charging Space within 30 minutes after Charging Completion; otherwise, Post-Charging Fee of 40 HKD per hour or part thereof shall be accrued until the Charging Space is unoccupied.

The time record is solely determined by the E-Charge system. Any duration less than one hour shall be charged on one hour basis. The above Service Fees shall be deducted from the E-Charge membership account balance.

For the EV occupying the Charging Space more than 3 hours after Charging Completion, the management office thereof has the right to lock the EV and collect the penalty of 320 HKD for lock releasing at its sole discretion.
