What is RAS?

"Private Electric Vehicle Charging Service - Residential Apartment Scheme (RAS)" aims to offer a long-term solution for Electric Vehicle (“EV”) users to enjoy and Incorporated Owners (“IO”) / Building Management Office (“BMO”) to handle the rapidly increasing demands on the convenient home charging of EV.

RAS focuses mainly on carparks located at residential buildings. For each carpark, EV Power’s professional project manager and engineer will conduct site inspections and provide the most suitable construction plan of EV Charging Infrastructure (“Infrastructure”) to IO/BMO for review and approval. Upon approval granted by IO/BMO, EV Power will build the Infrastructure at its own capital investments and enable the carparks to be “EV Ready”. Tenants of EV Ready carparks can thus enjoy the safe and reliable EV charging services at their private parking spaces by easy and simple subscription of suitable monthly service plans in low cost.
